Positivity and perseverance, characteristics that are synonymous with Canadian Elite Distance Runner Rachel Cliff. The Vancouver native is one of the top Canadian women in both the Half Marathon (1:10:06) and Marathon (2:26:56). After a standout 2019 season, Rachel has her eyes set on what will now be the 2021 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.

This is a dynamic class with the focus on understanding how to recruit muscles more efficiently. Consisting of strength, mobility and functional movement patterns, this class will directly transfer into better running and performance. It's a full body workout with a focus on a lower body.
Nikita is a Functional Movement & High performance coach. He specializes in optimizing people’s movement patterns to help them stay injury free while improving their performance. His programming and attention detail (especially when it comes to form) has helped many people including professional athletes overcome chronic injuries and transform their lifestyles.
Train Like a Fighter // HIIT Boxing Blast

This HIIT Boxing blast will focus on real boxing technique, then powerful, explosive strength. Train like a fighter with a full body, high intensity workout that uses body-weight exercises, whatever you have at home, and of course boxing your hands! In 45 minutes you’ll relieve stress, burn fat, build muscle, have fun and walk out a champion!
A strong believer that the mind is our most powerful weapon, Justyn continually pushes himself beyond his physical limitations to prove that our bodies are capable of exceeding our own expectations. Having dedicated himself to his passion, martial arts, Justyn has competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Boxing tournaments across Ontario & North America. He is a Partner at Primal Gym in Toronto.
