RUN 101

SIX WEEKS. COUCH TO 5KM.

Do you want to learn to run? We can help!

Designed for people with ZERO running experience, this six week program will focus on the fundamentals and teach you how to run properly in a supportive and educated community. Led by our caring and experienced staff we'll start with walking and take you all the way to running your first 5KM!

This time we'll be building towards the Rev & Run 5000. A fantastic local event where you get to run 5KM along the race track at the Ontario Honda Dealers Indy!

Please note that we have limited the capacity of this program to ensure we can provide meaningful help to all participants.

  • A six week training calendar.
  • Six in-person group runs led by our Coaching Team every Tuesday at 6:30PM.
  • Each week we'll focus on a different aspect of running and teach you as we go!
  • Registration to the Rev & Run 5000 5km race on Friday July 19th.
