Everything is shipped from our Toronto storefront. We don't have a warehouse. We don't have a call centre. But we do ship a TON of packages every day -- and we do it fast.

• In order to provide you with the lowest possible rate, we use several reliable shipping carriers.

• All orders that are shipped within the GTA are sent via AlwaysOT same day delivery -- free on all orders over $150.

• Same-day in-store pick-up.

• Free two-way shipping on all regular priced orders over $150.

• Free one-way shipping on ALL orders over $150. -- We will cover the cost of shipping your package to you.

Items that were purchased on sale or with a promotional code are not eligible for free returns. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• If your order is under $150 and does not reach the free shipping threshold, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with your order.

If you would like to return an item and your order did not qualify for free shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

• Online orders can be returned in person to our shop.

Canada -- Orders placed before 12pm EST will be sent out the same day.
