This isn't some BS program where "coaching" consists of a weekly email/newsletter. Our program includes multiple in-person touchpoints with your teammates and our coaching staff each week. We work to understand all of our athletes' histories and goals to ensure we're bringing out the best in the entire crew.
Focusing on the fundamentals, our programming is designed to build speed, strength and endurance for any athlete.

A two-month initial commitment is required. Afterward you can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.
NOTICE: Our in-person training has resumed! That being said, the health and safety of our community and staff is our top priority. All training program activities are compliant with Health Canada’s recommendations. All participants must be fully-vaccinated to attend indoor activities.
Not to mention having a social life while you're PUTTING IN THAT WORK!
Taking a social approach to group training, our program allows you to take ownership of your own training program, with the guidance of experienced coaches, and the support of your friends!
Our program is built around the following (optional) in-person elements:
Yoga for Runners -- Tuesdays @7pm
Group Threshold Workout (intervals, hills, etc.) -- Wednesdays @ 6:30pm
Saturday Tempo Runs -- Saturdays @ 11am
Sunday Long Runs -- Sundays @ 9am
These are coached sessions lead by our experienced and friendly training staff.
Additionally, our app-based training calendar puts your running/training regime into the palm of your hand. Weekly workouts, recommended mileage and pre-hab exercise routines all at your fingertips and on-demand. Not to mention a robust library of exclusive resources and access to our private training community.
The Culture Athletics Group Training Program is suitable for all skill levels (beginner to advanced). Upon joining the group our in-take process ensures you’re assigned to the right group to meet your fitness level and running goals!
If you are a newer runner, we recommend that you can run for approximately 5km (at any speed) before joining the program. If you are still building up to 5km, we've got some couch to 5km calendar's we recommend! Shoot us an email to training@cultureathletics.com and we’re happy to provide it.
If you’re a more experienced runner looking to improve your 5km, 10km half-marathon or marathon race times (or just looking to stay fit/sane through the winter) our run training program will help you become a faster, stronger athlete.
Although the in-person elements of this program are located in the East-end of Toronto (different locations depending on the workout), you can participate in the digital program from anywhere.
