NOTICE: The health and safety of our community and staff is our top priority. All training program activities are compliant with Health Canada’s recommendations and take place 100% outdoors, socially distanced, and in small groups.

Build speed, strength and endurance with our NEW Group Training Program. 

(Not to mention having SOME social life and motivation to train through these strange, long winter months).


Taking an innovative approach to group training, our hybrid program allows you to take ownership of your own training program, with the guidance of experienced coaches, and the support of your friends!

Our app-based training calendar puts your running/training regime into the palm of your hand. Weekly workouts, recommended mileage and pre-hab exercise routines all at your fingertips and on-demand. All explained via virtual weekly check-ins with coaching staff and group members.

Our optional in-person activities are based around Wednesday night workouts (6:00pm) and Sunday morning long runs (9:00am). These are coached sessions lead by our experienced and friendly training staff.

The Culture Athletics Group Training Program is suitable for all skill levels (beginner to advanced). Upon joining the group our in-take process ensures you’re assigned to the right group to meet your fitness level and running goals!

If you are a newer runner, we recommend that you can run for approximately 5km (at any speed) before joining the program. If you are still building up to 5km, we offer a FREE 5km training plan! Shoot us an email to and we’re happy to provide it. We also offer a FREE social 5km run every Wednesday night. You can learn more about that here.

If you’re a more experienced runner looking to improve your 5km, 10km half-marathon or marathon race times (or just looking to stay fit/sane through the winter) our run training program will help you become a faster, stronger athlete.

Although the in-person elements of this program are located in the East-end of Toronto (Queen and Broadview), you can participate in the digital program from anywhere.
