Holiday return policy

Any purchases made between Nov 1 & Dec 24 will qualify for an extended holiday season return/exchange period valid until Sunday January 5th, 2024

Return policy

All returns can be initiated using our returns portal. Access it using the link below (Canada only, for USA returns please see below)

You have 30 days to make sure you're happy or to initiate a return. 

All products need to be in like-new condition (tags/packaging attached, footwear can't be worn outside/soles have no sign of wear). Products simply cannot be returned without being in their original packaging (aka opened socks can't be returned, shoes with damaged/missing shoeboxes can't be returned). 

All shoes must be returned in a shipping bag. The shipping label can not be attached directly to the box. This will result in damage to the box. In this case, your order will be returned to you.

Please note that we charge a $20 restocking fee for any products that require meaningful cleaning upon return (E.G. deodorant marks, scuffs on shoe soles, pet hair, etc). If you return the product clean with tags attached, there's nothing to worry about.

Refunds

  • Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund. All refunds must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • We are unable to refund or cancel an order once it is in transit.

Exchange or store credit 

  • Items reduced by 1-39%
  • All items purchased using our ‘welcome’ promotional code of 10%
  • All items purchased using a promotional code off of FULL PRICED items.

Final sale items will be noted at check out.

  • All items purchased using a promotional code on ALREADY REDUCED items.

Defective products

  • Any product defects or issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact: orders@cultureathletics.com for further assistance.

Gift with purchase

  • If you decide to return your order, the gift with purchase must also be returned. Otherwise, the cost of the item will be deducted from your refund accordingly.

Price Matching

We will match the price of our competitor's *There are some stipulations though...

It is the discretion of a Culture Athletics team member to approve any price matching based on the below criteria:

  • Products must be verifiable online.
  • Products must be the identical colour, brand, size, style number, and created in the same year.
  • Products must be sold in Canada by an authorized dealer.
  • Prices must be in Canadian dollars.
  • Products must be in-stock in the same colour and size and readily available for purchase.

What is the return process?

Once we have the product back, we'll give it a quick inspection and process your return. Since everything is being shipped via Expedited Parcel or local courier, it's all quick and relatively painless (we promise).


If you have ANY questions at all, don't hesitate to give us a shout. Either hit us on the website's chat app, or email us at orders@cultureathletics.com.

If you are returning an item in person, we can issue the exchange/refund on the spot.

How do I exchange sizes?

If you purchase an item and need a different size, simply initiate a return and select the correct size in our returns portal. Send us back the item you'd like to exchange. We will give it a quick inspection, and then send out your new order. It's as easy as that!

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for free returns, The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Can I get a refund on sale/clearance items?

Items marked down 39% or less are exchange/store credit only.

Items marked down 40% or more are final sale.

All promotional prices (EG Black Friday, Boxing Day, Extra % off of markdowns) are final sale.

All nutrition and underwear are final sale.

All returned items need to be in unworn/like-new condition (tags attached, shoes not worn outside). Any returns that don’t meet this criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Can I exchange a Final Sale item?

Final Sale items are final sale, so unfortunately not.

Also please note that items are that more than 40% off are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

USA RETURN INFORMATION

ORDERS FROM THE USA ARE NOT ABLE TO USE THE RETURNS PORTAL.
