This is our more comprehensive membership level.
Our coaching staff will give you an extensive training calendar that will strategically build your fitness to peak on Race Day and will adjust your programming as needed along the way.
Utilizing our comprehensive library of training calendars and our coaching staff will work with you to determine which is best suited for your experience and goals. From there, we will account for any special considerations in your training.
This level of membership also includes three 1-on-1 check-ins throughout the training calendar to review progress, discuss any issues/considerations and to create an effective raceplan.
Our race-specific calendars are 10-16 weeks long depending on the race distance. Ideally new athletes register before the calendar begins, but we will accept athletes in the first half of the training cycle. Later than that athletes will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
