Refund policy
You have 30 days to make sure you're happy or to initiate a return.
All products need to be in like-new condition (tags/packaging attached, footwear can't be worn outside/soles have no sign of wear). Products simply cannot be returned without being in their original packaging (aka opened socks can't be returned, shoes with damaged/missing shoeboxes can't be returned).
All shoes must be returned in a shipping bag. The shipping label can not be attached directly to the box. This will result in damage to the box. In this case, your order will be returned to you.
Please note that we charge a $20 restocking fee for any products that require meaningful cleaning upon return (E.G. deodorant marks, scuffs on shoe soles, pet hair, etc). If you return the product clean with tags attached, there's nothing to worry about.
Refunds
- Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund. All refunds must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
*We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.

- Items reduced by 1-39%
- All items purchased using our ‘welcome’ promotional code of 10%
- All items purchased using a promotional code off of FULL PRICED items.
Final sale items will be noted at check out.
