HOW IT WORKS...
Discounts work both in-store and online and are associated with your membership subscription email address.
You can extend them to family/spouse (in-store only), but you must be present at time of purchase.
IN-STORE: Make sure to inform staff that you are a GT member and give them your email address. The discounts will be added to your purchase automatically.
ONLINE ORDERS: Make sure you're logged into your account while shopping online (icon in top right corner of website). Discounts will automatically apply when items are added to your cart. Please note that your membership discount works on most items (even ones marked as "no discount" -- you're exclusive like that).
*EXCEPTIONS: Please note that select brands/items are excluded from the GT discount. This includes, but isn't exclusive to GPS watches, Balmoral Sports, Bandit Running and select limited edition footwear drops.
WEEKLY TEAM SCHEDULE
TUE 6:00AM -- VIRTUAL FULL-BODY HIIT CIRCUIT
At-home circuit workout led by Kerry K. You can do this with most items you'll have at home (yoga mat, some light dumbells, etc). Kerry shares the link in advance of each class on Slack. Each session is recorded and shared on Slack afterward.
WED 6:30PM -- TEAM WORKOUT
These are high-effort workouts designed to benefit runners working on any race distance. That means that the entire crew will be doing a variation of the same workout.
Workouts include trackwork, intervals, hill repeats, etc. (think hard and fast).
You know the drill...
Come warmed up (5-15 min easy). 6:30 we do dynamic warm-up/drills. 6:45 we run.
Workout is led by our Head Coach, Seanna Robinson.
Location is different depending on the workout.
Seanna usually posts the workout on the #workout-updates Slack channel on Tuesdays (including the location).
SAT 8:00AM -- TEAM TEMPO RUN
These are tempo interval workouts. These workouts focus on maintaining threshold pace for long(er) intervals with moving recovery between efforts.
Each week we'll offer two levels of workout (standard and advanced).
The routine...
8:00 we do an easy 5-10 min jog to warm up. We then do dynamic warm-up/drills as a team, then run.
Workout is led by our Assistant Coach, Monica Black.
These workouts start/finish at Culture Athletics.
Monica usually posts the workout on the #workout-updates Slack channel a day or two in advance.
NOTE: Nigel often leads an informal tempo session on Fridays at 6:15am. No drills, come warmed up. Check Slack for details in advance!
SUN 8:00AM -- PUBLIC LONG RUN
Our weekly public long run. We offer a 4-6km, 9-12km, and 20-25km routes with a collection of paces.

Come get some miles in and bring your people!
We will do our best have long run distances align with key seasonal race calendars (TO Marathon, TCS Waterfront, etc).
Runs start/finish at the shop.
