Ingredients

Maltodextrin, Water, Fructose, Caffeine, Pectin, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Calcium Lactate).

Directions

Tear open and squeeze the gel into your mouth in stages.
Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of young children.

This product is a food supplement & should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contains caffeine (100mg/serving). Take up to 1 serving per hour, maximum 4 per day. Not recommended for children or pregnant women.

For higher energy needs during activity, adjust to 2 or 3 servings.
